The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a foundation and museum located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, USA, on the shores of Lake Erie. The museum documents the history of rock and the artists, producers, engineers, and other personnel who have influenced its development.

The Hall was created by industry executive Ahmet Ertegun in 1983.
