The K-pop band BTS performed at Gwanghwamun Square on March 21 in Seoul, South Korea. This free concert was the band’s first performance in nearly four years.

The event marked the first time all seven members had performed together since October 2022.
Approximately 100,000 BTS ARMY members attended the show at the historic Gwanghwamun Square, where RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook presented their latest album, ARIRANG.
On the same day as the concert, Spotify announced that ARIRANG, the boy band’s first album in six years, had become the most-streamed album in a single day on the platform so far in 2026. The release also set a new record as the most-streamed K-pop album in Spotify history.
BTS’s last full-length album was in 2020, when Be debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200, before its members went their separate ways to fulfill their mandatory military service and pursue solo projects.
